How do I sign up for The Craft Reserve membership?
Visit our website at thecraftreserve.com, select membership, create an account if you don’t already have one, then proceed to checkout to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information.
Do I need to sign up for a contract? Are there additional membership fees?
Nope. There are no contracts to sign, no signup fees, and no cancellation fees. Your monthly membership will automatically renew each month though you can cancel at any time with no obligations.
Can I skip my delivery for a specific month or pause my membership?
Yes. You can manage your upcoming boxes on your account page. Simply login to your account and you have the option to skip deliveries for specific months at no charge, or pause your subscription.
Why can’t I pick the type of craft beers contained in the box?
Our mission is to bring the best and latest craft beers to our members each month and so we strive to include creations you may never have tried otherwise. However, we are always open to suggestions and feedback, so if you’ve come across something you feel is special please send it our way at email@example.com

What’s the delivery schedule for my craft reserve boxes?
All craft boxes are shipped to members on the week of the 7th each month and delivered to the shipping address provided when you register. If applicable, we send email notifications to members each month with delivery tracking details and confirmations. If you have special delivery details, please click the Live Chat icon on the bottom right of the page and let us know, or feel free to drop us a line Here.
Can I get a craft reserve box shipped to me?
You must be over the age of majority in order to subscribe and there always needs to be someone over the legal age of majority to receive the shipment (couriers will ID if you appear under 25). If you live in a rural area, or at a PO Box address, your craft reserve box will be shipped via Canada Post.
The rules and regulations in Canada are constantly changing and ultimately the responsibility lies with the member to make sure they are legally allowed to receive our packages in their jurisdiction.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you're not at the provided address to accept delivery it's not a problem, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice Card at the door and the box will be taken to the nearest post office. The parcel is available for pickup within 15 days at the post office if the buyer is able to properly verify the legal age. After 15 days the parcel is returned to The Craft Reserve, and we will send you an email to coordinate an alternative.
Can I postpone delivery if I am away?
Yes. You can send us a note with the details and a requested delivery date and we're happy to accomodate! You can also skip an order for a specific month, just go to your account page, click the Manage Subscription button, and view details bellow. If you have additional questions we're always avaiable in the live chat.
How am I billed?
The membership fee is $60/month (includes tax + shipping) and is charged at the time of enrolment. There are no additional charges or fees for the membership. Your recurring membership fee is processed every month on the 1st.
All purchases are transacted through our payment provider and will show up on your credit card statement as THECRAFTRESERVE.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Shipping is included in the price.
I’m concerned about giving my credit card and personal information.
The Craft Reserve has very high privacy standards. We will never sell your information, ever. Our purchase system is secured with SSL encryption and we do not store your credit card information on file.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancelling your membership can be done via your account by logging in or clicking on the My Account link and choosing the Cancel link. Follow the prompts and your membership is canceled. If you suspend or cancel after the 21st of the month, you have already been charged for the following months membership, which will be when you receive your final box.
Are there penalties or fees if I want to cancel?
No penalties, no fees, no hassles.
We will of course be sad to see you leave the Craft Reserve community and may reach out to ask you why you are cancelling. We understand members may want to take a break and then rejoin in the future, but no matter the reason we want our members to leave The Craft Reserve and look back fondly on the experience.
What happens if my craft reserve box arrives damaged?
Our custom packing rarely allows for a broken bottle. However, now and then due to shipping or weather, bottles do arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the beer’s details and a photo of the broken bottle to email@example.com. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your box, and we will happily work out a solution with you.
I dislike this month’s craft beers, what can I do?
We encourage an open mind when trying new craft beers each month but we know that every now and then you may personally dislike a selected craft beer style. Sometimes to find the new craft beers you love, you need to explore and come across craft beers you dislike.
That said, we strongly encourage reviews on platforms like Untappd and sharing your opinion with the community.
